As you think, I am going to present a blog about hike. This is not normal trip. This is most spiritual trip of my life. I am going to explain...

We decided to hike Osborn mountain for meditation. There were four people with me. Rev. Polgahawela Subawitha thero, Mr. Nilanka, Mr.Chamod and me were participate for the trip. We selected this location because this mountain peak is very carlm, silence & beautiful place and suitable for meditation. When we arrived for the destination we saw Adem's Peak, Seven Vergin Hills and three ponds and dams, This mountain locate in nuwaraeliya district in Central province......

Why did we selecte this mountain for hike neither Adem's peak for meditation.?🤔🤔🤔
              
                                  ..................

Because, we needed for very carlm place such this peak. Adem's peak is too busy with people.

Now I like to explain the reason to plane this trip..👇
Buddhism is the most transparent religious of the world. Lots of scientist have revealed that as well. Buddha has reavead about the eternal truth of the world with his own mind with meditation. Meditation helps to purefine our brain as well. As buddha's followers we should try at least little bit of meditaion. We got this nice trip for our spiritual development. So did it well. This is the most spiritual trip of my life.

If you able to hike this peak you can see the heaven on Earth..
